• You are solely responsible for your TikTok account and the content published to it.

3. TikTok API Usage

This Service uses the TikTok Content Posting API to upload and publish videos. We access only the permissions required to perform this function:

• video.upload — to upload generated video files.
• video.publish — to publish videos to your TikTok feed.
• user.info.basic — to verify the connected TikTok account.

4. Intellectual Property

All video content generated by this Service is owned by the account holder. SnakeTech claims no ownership over published content.

5. Limitation of Liability

SnakeTech Auto Publisher is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use this Service, including any TikTok account restrictions or bans.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
